What are some great restaurants for a girls' night out in Austin?

We are throwing a bachelorette party for my friend and want to take her out to a fun, but chic restaurant in Austin. We want to stay away from Mexican and Italian food. We also want to keep under $40 a person. Any suggestions? Thanks!|||I am afraid you aren't going to get Chic for under $40 a person but you can get fun. Cool River|||There is a Chinese buffet near Westgate Mall (right across from the movies). IT IS REALLY GOOD!!!!! (Or better advice, STAY AWAY FROM DOWNTOWN!!. It is really expensive!!!)
