Austin from Boston for Accounting Degree with 3 yr old daughter? What do you think ?

Considering a move from Boston to Austin area to attend a top accounting university. I have a 3 yr old daughter and an Associates in accounting. What do you think ? Any and all help on all areas would be appreciated.|||cool fun town, nicer weather, lower cost of living, no state income tax. Why the heck not?
